What supporters see on their bank statement

Because supporters pay you directly, their card statement shows the name from your own Stripe account (its “statement descriptor”).

You can change it in your Stripe dashboard, under Settings → Public details. A clear name helps supporters recognise the payment and avoids disputes.

If several of your pages use the same Stripe account, supporters of every one of them see that same name, so choose one that fits them all. See Use one payout account for all your pages.
