How to issue a refund

1. 1Open Supporters.
2. 2Find the payment and choose Refund.
3. 3Confirm. The full amount goes back to the supporter's card, and our fee is returned to you.

Refunds come from your own Stripe balance and usually reach the supporter in 5–10 working days.

For a partial refund, use Payments in your Stripe dashboard.
