How fees are worked out

Say someone pours you 2 cups at £3 each, so they pay £6:

• Kas D’atay’s fee: 2.5%, which is 15p (0% if you’re a founding creator in your first six months).
• Stripe’s card fee: for a standard UK card, 1.5% + 20p, which is about 29p. It varies by card type and country.
• You receive about £5.56, paid into your own Stripe account.

If the supporter ticks “add the card fee”, they pay a little more so you receive the full £6 before our fee.
